Our Founder

Late Dr. C.K. Mathews - Founder

Our founder, Dr. C.K. Mathews, holds a Ph.D. from McMaster University (Canada). Dr Mathews has worked in the Indian Atomic Energy Programme (BARC, IGCAR) for over three decades. Dr. Mathews was one of India’s pioneering nuclear technologists and a Director at the Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, and was instrumental in developing several sensors and analytical instruments, which helped in the development of the Indian nuclear program

Our Management Team

Anil Mathews - Managing Director

Anil has over 29 years of experience across the manufacturing and Services industries. His experience includes sixteen years in the business process consulting industry. In his last role, he was the General Manager & Sr. Practice Partner of the Business Transformation Practice at Wipro Consulting. Anil holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from ISB, Hyderabad, making him adept at traversing the technical & business aspects of our organization

Sunil Mathews - Director

Sunil has been closely associated with the Consumer Banking industry for more than 29 years, and during this span has acquired a good understanding of the various drivers of business and the key parameters that affect these drivers. Sunil worked for Citibank for 15 years, managing senior roles in diverse geographies before taking a role on the founding team at Dunia Finance LLC in mid-2008. He quit Corporate life in 2016 and has since co-founded Cogent Consultants

Vinod is an Electronics Engineer from The College of Engineering, Trivandrum. As the founder of Captronic Systems, a leading supplier of Automated Test Equipment to defence giants like ISRO and DRDO, he has led a team of 100+ engineers, developing systems for defence, aerospace & automotive customers across India, the Middle East, and the USA. He was awarded ‘The Bharat Udyog – Entrepreneur of the Year Award’ in 2010 by the Government of India
